We’re dedicated to making beautiful products and also to providing you with a great customer service experience.  We want to make it easy if you change your mind regarding your order or if there is an issue with your order.

We accept 30 day returns on all orders from within Australia.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

If your order is damaged in transit or faulty please email us at hello@drawingboardstore.com with photos of the product and packaging and we will be in touch with you within 48 hours to organise replacements being dispatched.

MY ORDER IS WRONG

If there has an been an error with your order we will organise an exchange for you. 

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If returning an item to us please follow the process below.

Change of mind returns are returned at your expense.

  1. Email us at hello@drawingboardstore.com or use the returns button below us via the link below so we know your return is on it’s way and advise us of your full name and address and which items are being returned.
  2. Tape product inside our mailer to avoid damage in transit.
  3. Re address to : DRAWING BOARD STORE 141 SIXTH AVE INGLEWOOD WA 6932
  4. Drop off item at your local post office and pay the return postage
  5. Allow 14 days return shipping time. We will refund you via your original method of payment & notify you of the refund.
  6. Goods must be returned in saleable condition and in original packaging.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

  • We accept change of mind returns. 
  • If you have made a mistake with your order or you wish to exchange your item a new order needs to be placed and we will refund you for the returned items when we receive them, as long as they are in original saleable condition. minus the original $10/$14 delivery charge. 
  •  By placing a new order your replacement item will arrive to you while the return is still in transit and save you extra waiting time
  • Change of mind returns & exchanges are returned to us at your expense

TERMS

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Returns must be in original condition and sent in our original mailer.
  • Returns not accepted on international orders due to shipping costs & logisitics.
  • Returns not accepted on sale or slightly imperfect sale items
  • Returns not accepted on any customised orders
  • Change of mind returns or exchanges are return shipped at your expense.
